Creamy Cashew Garlic Sauce

This sauce is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—without any dairy or gluten

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor)
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

This sauce is perfect for pasta, roasted veggies, grain bowls, or even as a dip!
